Getting Started

To get started with any of my Fitness Programs, first, we talk about you—who you are, where you are with your fitness, how long you’ve been there, and where you’d like to be.

Next, we’ll map out a plan to get you to where you want to be. I’ll tell you exactly what I think it will take to get you there.

Both conversations take place on Zoom.

When it’s time to implement your Program, you have two options…

Online Programs

Zoom is our friend. We’ll have a few start up meetings where we get to know each other, identify your goals, and review the Fitness Program we develop for you. You access all of your Program through my app.

We communicate daily in my app and meet monthly on Zoom to review your progress and discuss any small tweaks to your Program.

Online clients can be anywhere in the US.

Hybrid Programs

Hybrid programs are for my ‘neighbors’ here in Upstate South Carolina, and for people who would like personalized, one-on-one attention.

They’re a customized blend of in-person and online coaching.

We’ll get acquainted on Zoom and discuss your fitness goals. I’ll develop a proposal.  we’ll schedule time at one of our local gyms for you to learn your Fitness Program. I will demonstrate the exercises then watch you perform them.

There’s daily support through my app and scheduled check-in meetings as well.
